From digital producer to account lead, to strategist and consultant - I have an unrivalled 360-degree view of the industry, enabling me to integrate creativity with strategy and deliver projects that drive real agency growth.

 

I've had the privilege of serving on the leadership team of a creative and innovative agency acquired by KPMG Australia. Additionally, I played a pivotal role as a founding team member of KPMG Creative, where we merged KPMG’s research and digital teams, and added capabilities in advertising, brand, and customer experience.

Today, I live in New York City, looking for sunshine, swimming spots, disco, run-clubs, spicy foods, courageous clients, and always down for chats and sit-down coffees.

2018 - Present

KPMG Creative
Group Account Director 

I led the integration of advertising, branding, and creative talent with consulting expertise to help establish KPMG Creative, a rival to industry giant Accenture Song following their acquisition of Droga5.

Since 2018, I've led the advertising and communications portfolio, shaping vision, fostering business growth, and nurturing team culture across diverse sectors including Banking, Finance, University, Government, and Retail.

2016 - 2018

UDKU
General Manager

I raised performance standards at UDKU before its acquisition by KPMG Australia, driving revenue, sales, and growth.
 
I led key clients and projects, such as CX design for Commonwealth Bank and global integrated campaigns for Airtasker, doubling its size post-launch in Australia, the UK, and the US.

2013 - 2016

CX Lavender
Senior Account Director

I oversaw the digital partnership with Westpac Banking Group, Australia’s third-largest bank with an $84 billion market capitalization, doubling the size of the Westpac digital account and making it Lavender's largest client.
